Don’t Lose You in Yourself. Learn To Grow.

You are you for a reason. You define yourself as the individual that you are. Nobody else can define you for you. It is only you who can do this. As you get older and experience the outside world from school or work (wherever you are getting bullied), you will find there are nice people in this world. You will find there will be some bad people, but the majority of them are nice. And they are always willing to help you out. You just have to learn to ask. Don’t hide your fear. Face your fears. You will experience rejection, but that’s life. Learn from the rejection and grow from it. Don’t let it get you down.

Learning martial  arts will help you deal with rejection, actually. I do not know anyone who has not learned from rejection in martial arts. It builds your inner strength, your inner confidence, and most of all your inner well-being – your character, which defines you.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. In other words, don’t judge a person who is being bullied on the outside. It’s degrading. Remember when you were going through bullying – or are you still? I’m sure people are judging you by your outside appearance, not knowing how you are feeling on the inside. If you have never been bullied, then you won’t know the inner hell that goes along with it. Get to know the person before judging him / her. You can learn something valuable from him / her, and you could end being the best of friends.

The more you learn from each other, the more you learn about yourself. You begin to prioritize  what’s important to you, and it starts with YOU, yourself. If you begin to lose yourself, you will know. You will start to feel that nature you felt when you were going through the bullying – depressed, lonely, crying on the inside. When you start to feel this way as you get older, then it’s time for a change, and that change starts with YOU!

You struggled and survived the bullying. Nothing is worse that that. Well, actually cancer is. You are a fighter; you proved yourself you are a fighter. Be aggressive with yourself, fight with all your heart, passion, and soul for what you believe in, for what you want out of life. And go for it! Learn from it. Grow from it. And don’t lose you in yourself ever again. If you do, change you in yourself one more time. Learning is a part of life. Changing yourself as you grow is a process of learning life. Because only you know what’s best for you. And you deserve only the best. So, don’t lose you in yourself. Learn to grow.
